Design Detectives Summer Camp

June 27-July 1, 2011, 9:00 am - 12:30 pm, for ages 9-12

Lights, Cameras, Architecture...The Westcott House Foundation and the Springfield Preservation Alliance present an architecture summer camp experience for children ages 9-12. Through hands-on activities, photography, theater, and play, children will learn about Springfield's amazing architectural and historic treasures and how preservation is vital to our community's future success. Children will enjoy diverse settings for their activities - Frank Lloyd Wright's Westcott House, historic neighborhoods, and the extraordinary architecture of downtown Springfield.

Tuition is $120 per non-member child or $100 for a WHF/SPA member child. Tuition includes all art materials, entertainment and snacks.

For more information, please contact Marta Wojcik, WHF Executive Director & Curator, at mwojcik@westcotthouse.org or call 937-327-9291.
