Join The Westcott House in supporting the vision of Eyes Wide Open and share the realities, dreams and visions of the children of Cambodia!

With this exhibit, The Westcott House Foundation continues its great relationship with the Eyes Wide Open project. Since our event in July 2006, Eyes Wide Open has been receiving worldwide recognition. In fall 2006, Ty Fischer, founder, and Teresa Demana, Eyes Wide Open board member, traveled to Cambodia for the Angkor Photography Festival. This annual event brings famous photographers from around the world to celebrate the power of the arts. Last fall, the temples of Angkor once again became a hub of creativity, sharing and humanity. The Eyes Wide Open team mentored local children of Cambodia, giving them an opportunity not offered before — a chance to express themselves through the lens of a camera, which resulted in the most remarkable artwork.

Please join us for this unforgettable exhibit at The Westcott House on Saturday, March 31. The photographs will offer personal glimpses into life in Cambodia, ranging from snapshots of children's daily chores, to their family and friends, to the monumental Angkor temples. Selected photography from previous projects, including Eyes Wide Open @The Westcott House, will be on display as well.

The artwork from Cambodia will be for sale via silent auction, with 100% proceeds benefiting the Art family of Cambodia and the Siem Reap Street Children Project.
