The Westcott House Foundation presents Frank Lloyd Wright's Westcott House: A Centennial Tribute. This intriguing and technologically advanced visual retrospective by The Now Device will be accompanied by the Springfield Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Peter Stafford Wilson, exploring the innovative design of Wright, Springfield's golden era, the life of the Westcott House through its rise, decline, and the triumph of its recent restoration. Audiences will be treated to a special welcoming address by Eric Lloyd Wright, the grandson of Frank Lloyd Wright, a distinguished and accomplished architect in his own right. The sounds and images of this high-energy retrospective are not to be missed!

About The Springfield Symphony Orchestra:
The mission of the Springfield Symphony Orchestra (SSO) is to enrich the lives of the people in Springfield and the surrounding region by presenting quality performances of symphonic music and by providing excellent educational programs. The SSO has served the region since 1943. The SSO performs a six concert subscription series, a concert for the Springfield Arts Council Summer Arts Festival, an educational Young People's Concert and special outreach concerts for underserved parts of the community. The Orchestra manages a Youth Orchestra education program that includes three orchestras and several chamber ensembles, and operates the Students at the Symphony program that brings inner-city students to subscription concerts.
About The Now Device:
The Now Device is a media performance group, known internationally for producing visually stimulating and unforgettable events. The Now Device specializes in blending music, images and movement to create dynamic experiences and to transform stages, galleries, and unique architectural landmarks into live, immersive environments. Clients include Microsoft, XBox, The Learning Channel and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. The artists are Springfield native Rod Hatfield, and Seattle residents Sean Frego and Scott James. The Now Device is dedicated to bringing their creative resources and connections to support the revitalization of a vibrant arts and cultural community in the greater Springfield/Dayton, Ohio region.
