Tom is responsible for the day-to-day management for the Westcott House museum facilities, as well as fiscal management, human resources data, security, and safety. Fyffe has more than twenty years of experience in facilities operations, maintenance, personnel management, project coordination, and building mechanical systems. He has also directed the operation of different trade shops. Fyffe's most recent experience is at the I.O.O.F. Home of Ohio, where he has served as director of physical plant since 1998. He previously served as facilities technical manager at Wright State University. He received his undergraduate education there and also holds several licensures.
Marta earned her Masters in Art History at Jagiellonian University, Krakow, Poland. She provides overall leadership for the operation of the Foundation, including fundraising, strategic planning, public relation, administration, marketing, and financial and human resources management. Wojcik is also responsible for planning and organizing educational programming, temporary exhibits and docent training and acts as an institutional representative in the greater scholarly and museum community. She co-authored Wright Now, a project recognized by Ohio Arts Council as one of the most innovative program in Ohio for 2007, and spearheaded two collaborative projects that received recognition from the American Architectural Foundation for Best Practice in Design Education. Before joining The Westcott House Foundation, Wojcik worked as a curatorial assistant in the Department of Architecture at The Art Institute of Chicago. She conducted public tours of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Home and Studio in Oak Park, Illinois, and served as docent at The Chicago Architecture Foundation.
