History, Mystery & Murder in Greenmount Cemetery

Join us on an evening stroll through Greenmount Cemetery and hear frightful tales from Springfield’s past. These true stories have been unearthed in Victorian newspapers and old dusty archives, including the spooky tale of Thomas Kizer’s untimely death, the true story of Stephen Bell's glass top casket, and the chilling account of the Graveyard Ghost. These walking tours are guided by historian Kevin Rose.

Tickets are $18 General and $15 for Westcott Members.

Three tours will be offered this October. Limited to 15 people per tour - advance ticket purchase required. Greenmount Cemetery sits adjacent to Frank Lloyd Wright's Westcott House. Tours meet outside the Westcott Shop, 85 South Greenmount Avenue. Parking available along the South Greenmount Avenue.
