Bushnell House Virtual Tour

Thursday, May 15, 2025
4:00 PM to 4:45 PM

Guided by Kevin Rose / Virtual Program

Free registration via Zoom webinar.

Since its completion in 1888, the Bushnell House has been cited as one of the nation’s best examples of the Richardsonian Romanesque style, which is remarkable considering that it was not designed by the master himself. Following Henry Hobson Richardson’s death in April 1886, Asa and Ellen Bushnell turned to New York City architect Robert H. Robertson to design a house in Richardson’s iconic style. Join historian Kevin Rose on this virtual tour of the Bushnell House and its spectacular Shingle Style outbuildings. This virtual tour is free for all audiences.
