Summer Camp Experience for Students Ages 9-12. Monday, July 7th - Friday, July 11th, 9am-12:30pm. Friday program will be extended through 1:30pm to celebrate and showcase students' work to the family and friends. Limited to 12 students. Program fee: $95.
We will spend the week exploring the Westcott House and its gardens, and learning about what it means to be a landscape architect. Kids will work together to create a pollinator garden, and learn about the plants that are native to Ohio. Under the guidance of an artist Migiwa Orimo, they will design and build their very own birdhouses! On the last day of the camp, we will exhibit the work and host a picnic for our families and friends to celebrate the completion of the project.
Scholarships: We offer support for the families for whom the registration fee is a barrier to participation. Four full scholarships will be granted on first come first served basis. To apply please complete this form.
